Summer Concert Series Returns to Michigan Legacy Art Park

Michigan Legacy Art Park is pleased to announce their Summer Sounds Concert Series is back at the Art Park after two years following the pandemic. From July 1 through August 12, the Art Park will present family-friendly, outdoor concerts nearly every weekend. Tickets are $10 and free for kids 12 and under. You can purchase tickets here.

The 2022 Summer Sounds concert series features a tremendous, wide-ranging roster of talent, including Cary Morin, The Timebombs, Erin Zindle & The Ragbirds, The Bootstrap Boys, Yid Vicious and Hatchwing Rider.

“We are thrilled to welcome back the musicians, the attendees, and the sponsors to this wonderful outdoor setting to enjoy Friday nights once again at the Art Park,” shared Angie Quinn, Executive Director of Michigan Legacy Art Park. “As a nationally recognized Art Park, we celebrate the arts in all forms – from our sculptures to our poetry stones to our musical summer concerts. Join us!”

All shows begin at 7:00 p.m. Rides from the parking lot to the amphitheater are available beginning at 6:15 p.m. for those with limited mobility. Guests are welcome to bring picnics, camp chairs, and blankets. Art Park camp chairs will be available to rent or purchase.

Our Art Park amphitheater provides a unique outdoor concert experience, and each of the six performers is different from the next, which gives the community as well as area visitors a chance to experience something new!

Tickets and event details can be found on the Art Park website at https://michlegacyartpark.org/summer-sounds-2022/ or by calling (231) 378-4963.
