Visit Lapeer & Pick Up a FREE Art Kit for Kids!
Summer is here and the Center for the Arts of Greater Lapeer has lots of fun art projects for kids including this fun robot made from recycled paper tubes!
The CFA’s Art Pantry is located at Gallery 194. The Art Pantry offers art kits that include just enough supplies to do one art project, totally free of charge (though donations are appreciated).
To date, more than 3,300 kits have been given away to young artists in our community. Art kits for each project are available inside the front glass doors of Gallery 194 in the entryway. The Gallery is open for pickup Tuesdays - Fridays, from noon to 6 pm. Please share a photo of your finished projects on the Gallery 194 Facebook page or via email to Laurel@pixlapeer.org. These kits are offered on a first come, first served basis while supplies last.
Gallery 194 is located at 194 W. Nepessing St. in Historic Downtown Lapeer.
